  Ulaanbaatar, 9th of July, 2024 – Ard Financial Group is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Investbanq, an AI-based wealth management platform headquartered in Singapore. This collaboration aims to integrate advanced artificial intelligence (AI) solutions into the Ard App, enhancing the capabilities and services offered to its users.

• Roland Nash has been elected as an Independent Board Member of Ard Financial Group

  Ard Financial Group, is pleased to welcome Mr. Roland Nash as an interim independent director to its Board. He is the founding partner of VPE Capital and has 30 years of experience in economics, banking, and capital markets.

• Bilguun Hurelbaatar named as Chief Financial Officer of Ard Financial Group

  Bilguun Hurelbaatar was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Ard Financial Group on September 7, 2023. He will manage the financial activities of Ard Financial Group at the group level, within its mission to build the Investor Nation.
