Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, 2023-03-13 - The Corporate Secretariat of Ard Financial Group (Ard) is pleased to announce that Mr.Dashnyam Jargalsaihan has been appointed as CEO of Ard Ventures LLC. In addition, he will serve as the Chief Digital Strategy Officer of Ard Financial Group and helm all digital technology products of Ard.
Ard together with Mongol TV, created the Apprentice Mongolia reality show. For the second season of the show 14 finalists selected from 1,000 applicants competed. Dashnyam J. won the final task of creating and implementing a social enterprise project for 6 months, thus becoming the winner of the Show and qualifying for a CEO position at Ard with MNT300 million remuneration and additional benefits.
The winner of Apprentice Mongolia, Dashnyam, said: “I am elated to have achieved this success with my motto of emphasizing the results more than self-aggrandizement. Although the show seems to be over after the winner has been announced, it is time for me to join the wolf pack of Ard Financial Group, continue to accept the next tasks, and work to produce results again.
Dashnyam J. graduated from the Business School of the NUM in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. Dashnyam J. started his career as a technology start-up company and then co-founded Mongolia's first digital marketing agency. He has 8 years of continuous experience in business and marketing management, including digital marketing, marketing technology, and marketing automation.
