With the restructuring and reorganization of Ard Financial Group JSC, the Board of Directors convened and elected founder Ganhuyag as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. At this meeting, upon the proposal of the members of the Board of Directors, the Chief Financial Officer of Ard Financial Group, Zolboo Batbileg, was appointed as the interim CEO of the Group.
As Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ganhuyag Ch. will oversee Ard Financial Group strategically and lead its investment arm Ard Ventures. At the same time, Zolboo B. will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Ard Financial Group, especially the Group's three main clusters: Banking, Insurance, and Investment Banking.
Zolboo earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with the highest distinction of Latin Honors, Summa Cum Laude, from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. During his student years, Zolboo completed various internship programs and job training, gaining experience in financial analysis, due diligence, and trading at Primary Insight LLC, a company by J.P. Morgan, and Darwood Associates, FINRA accredited brokerage firm. In school, he served as Vice President of the Student Managed Investment Fund and representative of Finance major. He started his career as a financial analyst at Ard Securities in 2016. He has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Ard Financial Group since January 2019.
Regarding the appointment, Chairman Ganhuyag noted, "Already ten years have passed since we started Ard.
