Ulaanbaatar, 2021-3-9 - Ard Holdings International LLC held its board meeting on March 5.
Barhas Tsolmon, the winner of the Apprentice Mongolia Show, was appointed as the CEO of Ard Holdings International.
The Board is composed of the Chairman, CEO of Ard Financial Group, Ganhuyag Ch. and members including former Prime minister, Chairman of the University of Finance and Economics Amarjargal Renchinnyam, Founder of DeFacto Institution Jargalsaihan Damdarjaa, President of Monpolymet Group Munhnasan Narmandah, President of Gatsuurt company Chinbat Lhagvaa, and Chairman of Grape City Mongolia Suhdorj Avir.
Established in 2019, Ard Holdings International is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ard Financial Group (Ard). It specialises in banking investments in Mongolia and the region. Ard Holdings International has begun investing in the Mongolian banking sector in 2021 and is preparing to expand its operations in the region and list its shares on stock markets of developed countries.
