Ulaanbaatar, February 16, 2022 - the Board of Directors of Ard Financial Group JSC decided to allocate MNT1,333,000,000 in cash and other forms specified in the law and distribute dividends of MNT46.53 per share to its shareholders.
The dividend registration date is April 8, 2022. According to the decision, dividends of all shareholders who hold shares on this date will be deposited in the account at the Central Securities Depository by June 22, 2022.
