Amarbayasgalan will be responsible for implementing the investment strategy of Ard Holdings, which includes managing the Group’s investment portfolio and leading its strategic M&A undertakings. Amarbayasgalan’s experience in corporate finance and investment banking spans nearly 20 years. He has held CEO, CFO and Managing Director roles at Golomt Capital, Newcom Group and MICC. Amarbayasgalan has a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA in Finance and Decision Science from Indiana University.
