Zolboo Batbileg has been serving as the Interim CEO of Ard Financial Group JSC since July 2023. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance degree with the highest distinction of Latin Honors, Summa Cum Laude, from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, studying finance, economics, and accounting. During his student years, Zolboo completed various internship programs, gaining experience in financial analysis, due diligence, and trading at Primary Insight LLC, a company by J.P. Morgan, and Darwood Associates, a FINRA-accredited brokerage firm. He also served as Vice President of Student Managed Investment Fund and representative of Finance major.

Starting his career at Ard with the position of Investment Analyst at Ard Securities in 2016, Zolboo was promoted to the Chief Operating Officer of Ard Management in 2017 and was later appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Ard Financial Group in 2019. He has over seven years of experience in capital markets, asset management, investment banking, corporate finance, insurance, and fintech, with interests in blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science.

Bilguun Gankhuyag Chief Financial Officer, Ard Financial Group and he has been the CEO of Ard Assets SCC since 2016. Bilguun earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Finance and Economics.

He began his career with Ard Financial Group in 2015 as a Financial Analyst at Ard Management. With over nine years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, he brings extensive expertise in financial strategy.

Oyunsuvd B. holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Mandah Burtgel University and an MBA from the National University of Mongolia. She began her career in the construction industry and, since 2016, has been a part of Ard Financial Group. Oyunsuvd has over a decade of continuous experience working as an accountant for companies involved in securities and virtual assets.
