STUDENT RURAL OUTREACH – A PROGRAM TO SUPPORT FINANCIAL LITERACY IN LOCAL COMMUNITIES

As part of Ard's Student Rural Outreach program, participants will work at local communities between June 8 to July 7, 2021. With this paid internship opportunity, students will be completing tasks and conducting events to increase financial education awareness and financial literacy in their local communities and present and introduce Ard's products and services.

ARD SECURITIES BROKERAGE ISSUES AND FINANCES A CLOSED BOND FOR GATSUURT COMPANY

Gatsuurt, Mongolia's leading agricultural food producer, has successfully issued and financed a five-year closed bond worth MeT40 billion. Ard Securities worked as the bond’s underwriter. The company intends to expand its operations with capital raised from this bond. Furthermore, Ard Financial Group JSC and Gatsuurt LLC have started a strategic cooperation. The cooperation started with Gatsuurt LLC covering all their employees with Ard Life LLC's private pension accounts.

SHAREHOLDERS OF ARD HOLDINGS TO BE REWARDED WITH ARDCOINS

Ard Financial Group JSC (MSE:AARD) resolved to distribute 28.6 million ArdCoins (ARDX) to its shareholders on a pro rata basis. This decision was based on the current state of the economy, global pandemic, technology trends, digital transformation and the Mongolian government’s policy towards it, and, last but not least, of course, our shareholders’ wish. Shareholders who hold the stock on the date of the 2020 Annual General Assembly will be eligible for an allocation of ARDX1.0 per share.

ARD INSURANCE JSC DECLARES A DIVIDEND

At a meeting held on 10 Feb, 2021, the Board of Directors of Ard Insurance JSC (MSE: AIC) resolved to approve the distribution of MNT 1.0 billion or 48.15 percent of the net profit of the year 2020 as a dividend to its shareholders. A payment of MNT 40 per share will be allocated via Central Securities Depository accounts by June 30, 2021.

The Board of Directors of Ard Credit NBFI JSC (MSE:ADB) has decided to allocate MNT1 billion or 49.79 percent of the company’s net profit in 2020 as dividends to its shareholders.

The Crypto Nation Fund closed with 110 percent return

The annual Investor Nation Forum was held in 2017 under the name Crypto Nation. At the initiative of the forum participants, Ard Financial Group established Crypto Nation LLC (CNF) which provides investment and management of cryptocurrencies and included a total of 158 investors in preferred shares.
