The new version of Ard App, which includes e-commerce on top of financial products and services, was introduced to the public during the 3rd Annual Investor Nation Forum 2019. The new version of the App which was developed jointly with Grape City Mongolia and operates in partnership with Most Money PSP, introduces new functions and products, is easier to use and added some unique characteristics.
Through this app, Ard Holdings’ customers can access a suite of financial products and services including online loans from Ard Credit, savings accounts at Ard Assets and Ard Life, transfer funds and pay bills. New customers can self-enroll without a branch visit by taking a photo of the national ID and a selfie, which are processed and verified by a proprietary credit scoring module based on AI. Online loans can be disbursed within minutes and they carry the lowest fees and interest rates in the market. Ard App features an automated rebate and referral program to facilitate a speedy adoption by the market. The loyalty points earned by the users enable participation in the lucky draw to win a Renault 4-wheel van.
Products and services of other subsidiaries of Ard Holdings are being integrated into the App as well. For now customers can check their balances in their brokerage accounts at Ard Securities, and connect their crypto wallets at trade.mn. Going forward, Ard Holdings’ management is planning to enable customers to directly trade both stocks and cryptocurrencies, and purchase Ard Insurance policies on Ard App.
Finally, one can also go shopping at ArdShop, the very first e-commerce platform in Mongolia, without ever leaving the App. Orders can be placed and payments can be made within the app. And most importantly deliveries are made by Mongol Post.
