• ARD CREDIT JSC DECLARES A DIVIDEND 

  The Board of Directors of Ard Credit NBFI JSC (MSE:ADB) has decided to allocate MNT1 billion or 49.79 percent of the company’s net profit in 2020 as dividends to its shareholders.

• ARD INSURANCE JSC DECLARES A DIVIDEND

  At a meeting held on 10 Feb, 2021, the Board of Directors of Ard Insurance JSC (MSE: AIC) resolved to approve the distribution of MNT 1.0 billion or 48.15 percent of the net profit of the year 2020 as a dividend to its shareholders. A payment of MNT 40 per share will be allocated via Central Securities Depository accounts by June 30, 2021.

• NEW VERSION OF ARD APP LAUNCHED

  The new version of Ard Credit’s Ard App, which includes e-commerce on top of financial products and services, was introduced to the public during the 3rd Annual Investor Nation Forum 2019.

• ZOLBOO BATBILEG HAS BEEN APPOINTED AS THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OF ARD FINANCIAL GROUP
