On the 8th of May 2019, The Financial Regulatory Committee of Mongolia approved the reverse takeover of Jinst Uvs (Investor Nation), a publicly listed company (MSE: JIV) by Ard Financial Group. Since then, the company name was changed, shareholders’ stocks converted and the stock ticker was changed to MSE: AARD.
Currently, Ard Financial Group has over 4,000 shareholders and has invested in 20 companies, of which 3 are listed on MSE and 6 are regulated companies. This transformation into a publicly listed company completes our goal of a nation-wide holding company offering diversified financial services where every person can become a shareholder.
